8. Changes & Termination
The Company may revise this agreement and publish updates on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users may terminate at any time per cancellation procedures; the Company may terminate for material breach.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent court where the Company is located.
